What does the order acceptance process look like?
1/ Fill out the contact form
Fill out the form on our website, providing details about the project – dimensions, material and other relevant information. You can also attach reference files or sketches.
2/ We will contact you to discuss the details and provide a quote
After receiving your application, we will contact you to clarify the details . We will present possible technological options, advise on the best solution and send a quote and time for completion.
3/ Design and final approval of the order
We will prepare a 3D model or adapt your design for printing. Before implementation, we will send you the final version of the design for approval. At this stage, you can still submit corrections.
4/ Printing and sending the finished print
After the design is accepted, we start 3D printing with the highest precision. The finished product undergoes quality control, then is packed and sent to the specified address. You will also receive information about the status of the shipment.
